You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for your internal business growth but may not redistribute, sell, or "white-label" our methodology without express written consent.
We utilize advanced Identity Resolution technologies to de-anonymize website traffic. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their own business practices and website notifications comply with local regulations (such as TCPA or CCPA) when utilizing the data provided by our systems.
Intellia Digital is a technology and strategy firm. We are not responsible for the sales closing ratios of your internal team or the quality of physical workmanship provided by your firm to its end customers.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Intellia, Inc. is registered.
